Cancellation Policy
Thomas Mobile Entertainment requires 48 hours of the cancellation of your scheduled event(s) you must provide a notice prior to scheduled event when the time of service was made at the time of booking and reserving of the service. the notice will need to either be made in writing sent through electronic email or in-person and explaining the reason of the canceled event.
As part of this policy booking and reservation deposits for services are non-refundable, this includes rescheduling of events requiring service.
